The issue highlights impactful initiatives, including expanding family planning choices through the introduction of the MPA-SC injectable contraceptive and capacity-building for newly recruited Mukhya Sevikas to strengthen ICDS service delivery.

It also features key milestones, including the launch of the DVDMS mobile application, the data-driven rationalisation of NHM’s PIP planning through eHRMS validation for the first time, and the institutionalisation of the State Task Force for strategic SBC planning. Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit

The Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit (UP TSU) supports the Government of Uttar Pradesh to improve reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health and nutrition outcomes across all 75 districts and 820 blocks. Led by IGPH, University of Manitoba, in partnership with IHAT, the programme applies a Program Science approach to strengthen community, facility and health-system platforms, reduce inequities, and improve effective coverage at scale.
