UP TSU provides techno managerial support to the nodal departments of Government of Uttar Pradesh with an aim to strengthen the health care delivery system in the state. The second edition of PAHAL throws light on various such initiatives like activation of FRUs through ‘Buddy Buddy’ model, ‘Passbook Model’ aimed at ensuring availability of Essential Drugs at the district level, among others.
