Anthony has over 18 years of experience designing and implementing internationally-funded HIV/ AIDS prevention, care and support projects in India and Kenya. His skills include providing practical field level support for design, management, monitoring and evaluation of projects on HIV, particularly, with key populations that includes female sex workers, men who have sex with men, intravenous drug users and other priority groups. Mr. Anthony holds a master’s degree in rural development from Xavier Institute of Social Service and was awarded a fellowship in public health, jointly offered by the Public Health Management Institute, India, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Atlanta. Mr. Anthony was the head of National Technical Support Unit for National AIDS and STD Control Programme NASCOP, Government of Kenya. He currently is the project director of Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child and Adolescent health (RMNCH+A) project under Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit,IHAT for Government of Uttar Pradesh.
