Dr. Dhanunjaya Rao Chintada is a social scientist with a Master’s Degree in social work and holds PhD in social work. He is having more than fifteen years of practical field experience in working with community, institution and government. His core areas of support are in programme design, community mobilization, and advocacy in the areas of HIV/ AIDS prevention, maternal neonatal and child health, community institution building, HIV and AIDS prevention, care and interventions with Orphan and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and High Risk Groups. He has been awarded field leader fellowship in Public Health by Centre for Disease Control (CDC)/ USAID and PHMI and International Infectious Diseases & Global Health by University of Manitoba (UOM), Canada. He worked with National and International organizations across India. He is currently working as Deputy Director – Community Operations, MNCH in the University of Manitoba based at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
